Job Description

U.S. Bank has a rare administrative opportunity in our Default Operational Reporting and Analytics division. We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail in this back-office role as this individual will be quality reviewing mortgage account information and making corrections in the system to ensure accuracy. This is a fast-paced clerical role where strong time management is crucial to help ensure records are updated timely for reporting at the end of each month with loans US. Bank services. Ideally we are seeking someone with mortgage knowledge, and we are accepting applications through 5/10 so APPLY TODAY

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days at one of the following locations:

  • Irving, TX

  • Owensboro, KY

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically two or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications
  • General knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
