THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bar Attendant . As a Bar Attendant , you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar staff by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, assisting with the setup and breakdown, stocking the bars, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES ( Include but not limited to ) :

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all glassware, utensils, and bar equipment are clean and sanitized.
• Monitor and restock inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Collaborate with the bar team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and assisting with menu selections.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and uphold the highest standards of quality.
• Uphold the NoMI Lounge brand ethos of excellence, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality.

• Previous experience as a Bar Attendant or similar role preferred in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
• Knowledge of basic drink recipes, bar equipment, and techniques is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with the bar team and other staff members.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess or be able to obtain the necessary certifications to handle alcohol responsibly.
• Must have physical stamina to lift, push and pull, moderate amounts of weight on a consistent basis.
• Must have the stamina to stand for a duration of an average 8-hour shift.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
