Executive Division/Delta Conveyance Office, SacramentoDepartment of Water Resources (DWR) was established in 1956 by the California State Legislature. We manage California’s water resources, systems, and infrastructure, including the State Water Project, in a responsible sustainable way.

Desirable Qualifications
In addition to evaluating each candidates relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:Must be able to maintain and handle sensitive information confidentially, tactfully, and professionally. A strong technical understanding of current computer hardware and software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams. Good communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
