Job Summary:
The Assistant Facilities Manager at JLL is responsible for supporting the site services and operations for the account. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. The Assistant Facilities Manager will play a critical role in assisting with the management of site services, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing the site services and operations for an account.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their site services needs, goals, and objectives.

Support the delivery of site services, including building maintenance, security, janitorial, and related services.

Monitor service performance and vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), providing feedback and taking corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align site services with client requirements and operational goals.

Assist in developing and managing budgets for site services, tracking expenses and identifying cost optimization opportunities.

Support compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and JLLs policies and procedures.

Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders associated with the account.

Assist in addressing and resolving site services-related issues in a prompt and effective manner.

Assist in developing and implementing best practices and standard operating procedures for site services.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in site services and facility management.

Support the verification of accuracy and integrity of site services data, ensuring appropriate documentation and controls are in place.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

Proven experience in site services management, facility management, or a related role is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Knowledge of site services principles, processes, and best practices.

Familiarity with building systems and facility maintenance practices is beneficial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data accurately.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of real estate or property management industry is a plus.
