Application Architect for Digital Services front end application team, known as ACQ.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works with the product management team, our architectural team, and our Scrum teams in support of our roadmap to streamline and optimize our enrollment experience providing the ability to meet our sales goals and a better member experience.
  • Designs solutions that meet the business and/or project objects and communicating those designs to the scrum teams via solution design documents, features, and user stories with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria.
  • Provides support for the scrum teams during the delivery of said features and user stories.
  • Define problem clearly with current state and future state model
  • Act as SME for IT team regarding functional requirements

Required Qu alifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Creation of Application Designs documented in the form of diagrams, and associated Features and User Stories in Rally for the team to understand requirement
  • 7+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Advanced proficiency with JavaScript frameworks, namely React JS to continue to build and improve Enrollment experiences
  • Advanced proficiency with RESTful services
  • Advanced proficiency with Apache Configuration Management

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of Adobe Managed services
  • Caching strategy and implementation
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Medicare Supplemental Insurance Program and the channels supported
  • Ability to act with partner teams, to elicit requirements, and explain current state

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
