Principal Duties:

• Take charge of the gift shop operations at the museum visitor center, orchestrating vendor relationships, managing invoices, overseeing orders, maintaining inventory levels, handling deposits, and generating comprehensive reports.
• Exercise prudent fiscal management by overseeing a substantial retail budget and implementing robust inventory tracking mechanisms to streamline operations and ensure meticulous auditing.
• Collaborate with the Park Manager in supervising subordinate staff, from recruitment and training to task delegation and performance evaluation.
• Facilitate efficient office management by procuring essential supplies to sustain seamless park operations.
