Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting personnel within the assigned department in the successful performance of their duties by performing necessary clerical and administrative support functions required to ensure the efficient operations of the department. Functions as a team member within the department and cross functions, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Professionally greets all guests and visitors at the front desk. May request visitors to sign in and issues visitors pass/badge. Directs visitors to proper meeting rooms.
  • Effectively disperses information as it is received at the reception desk.
  • Assists with filing and mail processing.
  • Reserves conference rooms as needed. May replenish supplies in all kitchens, break rooms, and conference rooms.
  • Provide office administrative support for multiple departments.
  • Create presentations, reports and forms as requested by management.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for management, as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

6-12 months MS Office Suite, efficient keyboarding, interaction across organization, all levels of personnel, and external vendors, suppliers, agencies, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

1-2 years MS Office Suite, efficient keyboarding, interaction across organization, all levels of personnel, and external vendors, suppliers, agencies, etc.

MS Office certification
