Position Type:
- Minimum: High School Diploma.
- General understanding of computer applications including word processing, Microsoft Excel, and Quick Books.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with staff members and all others.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Report to the RASP Director
- Compile student activity material
- Enter data for required programs
- Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical tasks
- Use Quick Books to track finances (includes: payments, invoices, monthly statements, and year-end statements)
- Maintain office files and records
- Meet and greet students, parents and visitors in the RASP office
- Assist with parent nights, summer events, summer schedule, full day RASP schedule
- Help with the administration of some student medications
- Organize registration and enrollment materials via Procare
- Assist Director with hiring of Supervisors & Lead Supervisors for each site
- Work with school secretaries to get them list of students that will attend RASP after school
- Assist in purchasing supplies & maintaining office inventory
- Assist Director with RASP newsletter
- Maintain social media accounts
- Prepare bank deposits
- Complete staff evaluations with Director
- Answer phone and messages for students and parents
- Assist with editing & approving timesheets, if needed
- Create snack calendar for sites, order snack, & report snack data to CAO for reimbursement
- Summer, full day and early release scheduling
- Visit school sites regularly to assure program is running smoothly
- Assist Director with Grant documents (to include application)
- Attend the annual North Dakota Afterschool Conference, as well as a biennial National 21st CCLC Conference
- Other duties as needed and assigned

TITLE: Administrative Assistant for RASP
QUALIFICATIONS:
JOB GOAL: Assist the RASP Director to provide a well-organized, smooth functioning environment within the RASP office.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs all duties assigned by the RASP Director including:
EVALUATION: A performance review will be conducted annually in accordance with the provisions established by the administration and the Board.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The job’s functions may require the following physical demands: Significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity. This position requires the ability to lift 30lbs.
