Summary

The Opportunity

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Commercial Services – Americas, where you’ll join a team who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Commercial Services – Americas team which consists of the Senior Vice President of Commercial Services – Americas Vice President of Sales &amp Marketing – Managed Vice President of Sales &amp Marketing – Franchise Vice President Field Marketing Vice President Revenue Management Managed and Vice President Revenue Management, Franchise. This role will ideally support administrative tasks around travel, expense management, meeting planning for the leaders, ad hoc departmental coordination, and budget management. You will be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

Responsibilities include supporting multiple SVPs and their teams, in calendar management, expenses, and travel. Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations, maintaining new colleague hires, and vendor invoicing. This position is also tasked with organizing and planning any meetings/events the team may have.

  • Support for broader Commercial Services – Americas team
  • Opportunity to provide creativity in presentations and event planning
  • Work cross-functionally with our FORG (Franchise Owner Relations Group) team
  • Special projects as they arise
  • Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity &amp Inclusion activities

Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting executives in a team environment

Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
