In Countermeasure &amp Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. ACES is developing the next generation of expendable countermeasures and dispenser solutions leveraging our 40 year history in these technologies. Building on foundational programs such as ALE-55 and ALE-47 we are positioned well for continued growth.

In this role you will be part of the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line and responsible for supporting and leading the Production Program portfolio as the Operations Production Director. You will have delegation authority from the ACES Operations Product Line Director and responsible for the program performance of the production programs within the portfolio. You will also be a solid business partner and board member of the Production Portfolio team.
  • Experience managing and developing a diverse team of Operations professionals.
  • Experience evaluating and approving Operations proposals for Government contracts of substantial complexity and over $18M total value.
  • Experience managing Operations performance against the baseline program plan by monitoring quality, schedule and cost performance of all Operations functions.
  • Experience utilizing Operations data, i.e. status, and present it in a clear and concise manner to Operations Management, Program Management and / or Engineering Management.
  • Experience utilizing departmental standards, generate Operational plans (i.e. Manufacturing, Sales) and schedules and utilize them to provide direction to the functional departments.
  • Active participation with project/team meetings providing clear direction to the various functional areas.
  • Worked with cross functional teams to develop new processes within the organization the provided improved efficiencies, less defects and cost reductions.
  • Solid understanding and experience in Affordability and Continuous Improvement tools.
  • Experience and knowledge within Supply Chain Planning and execution of production programs.
  • Good interpersonal skills required at all levels of the team, the touch personnel side, to the support functions and all levels of management up to the Business Area Senior Leadership Team.
  • Experience with cost tracking utilizing existing tools and procedures leading to presentation of cost positions, EAC positions and variance explanations against the released budget and leading proposal development.
  • Experience of Mentoring and growing Junior Operations Professionals across Programs, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Required Education, Experience, &amp Skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written to present to all levels of leadership.
  • Highly motivated and solution oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Ability to hold others accountable to actions and action closure.
  • Secret clearance with Special Access

Preferred Education, Experience, &amp Skills
  • Certification in Supply Chain
  • Experience working on special projects and setting up Factory Lines.
  • Previous Leadership Development training
  • Masters Degree or higher in a Program Management field of study.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $147300 – $250400

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
