Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Business Management Pathways Analyst . This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in San Diego, CA. This position will be in the Pathways Rotational Program where there will be three one-year rotation opportunities within Business Management. Each rotation could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic qualifications for a Business Analyst 1 are a bachelor’s degree. Basic qualifications for a Business Analyst 2 are a master’s degree.

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

  • Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution.
  • Be majoring in or having majored in a Business degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) or Business adjacent degree (Criminal Justice, Economics, International Business, Legal Studies, Mathematics, Risk Management)
  • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)


Preferred
Qualifications:

  • Have prior Business relevant internship or work experience
  • Have existing active U.S. Government security clearance
Salary Range: $58,000 – $87,000 Salary Range 2: $70,200 – $105,200 The above salary range represents a general guideline however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
