About the job: Our Customer Service Reps are subject experts for Spectrum Mobile billing. In this role, you are responsible for resolving customer questions about their mobile plans and connecting customers to sales, repair, or other support teams as needed. We offer set schedules, meaning your scheduled working days and hours stay the same weekly. Shifts are structured, with assigned breaks.

Shifts:

• Training Hours 11am-7:30pm Sun/Mon Off ( 11 weeks )
• Schedules are determined during the offer stage.
• Current openings are full-time, 40/hours per week.

Training:

• Eleven weeks of paid training.
• You are considered a full-time, benefit-eligible employee during training.
