The warehouse associate will increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving and stocking product, as well as picking, packing and shipping orders. They will also be responsible for inventory control and ensuring that the warehouse is clean and clutter free.
Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders daily for UPS/FedEx/USPS/local deliveries.
All procedures need to be followed
No more than 12 regular orders at a time. Must use totes.
Quick picks are a top priority: all pickers are responsible, must be assigned within 30 seconds of notification.
Remove all empty boxes in locations while picking.
Maintain a picking avg. of 50 Lines per hour.
Maintain a packing avg. of 12 orders per hour.
Follow any special instructions pertaining to an individual order
Continue picking until the end of your shift
Assist in shipping as assigned,
Assist with locals as assigned.
Receive and putaway shipments that come in.
Will need to receive for both the warehouse and the store.
Report quality or inventory discrepancies to the appropriate person
Communicate positively with supervisors and fellow workers.
Assist in keeping warehouse clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
Each team member may be assigned duties and scheduled times for aisle maintenance.
Follow all established company policies and procedures.
Replenishing of items to be done daily.
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: – These duties may be assigned to individual employees
Supervisor will have a list of items/projects that need to be worked on and the employee(s) will be responsible for getting the task completed in a safe and timely manner.
Shippers will need to be trained on the shipping program that the company uses and will be responsible for shipping packages the smartest way.
We have the following shifts/positions open:
Amazon FBA : 8:00-4:30 pm – 2 positions available
Picker/Packer- 2:30-10:00 pm -1 position
Picker/Packer – 11:00am-7:00 p.m. – 1 position

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience required.
Accuracy and attention to detail
Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures
Able to work independently with some direction
Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
Comfortable in fast-paced environment
Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
Stand/walk for duration of work hours
Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment
Able to multi-task
Hazmat training/knowledge preferable
Forklift Operation experience preferable
Inventory control experience preferable
