Key Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Supports the daily coordination of plant operations.
- Delegates plant assignments and job schedules.
- Coordinates the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Partner with other departments to coordinate plant/warehouse activities.
- Incorporates and maintains safety observances, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good daily safety practices and habits.
- Maintains essential paperwork and records.
- Generates departmental reporting as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 or more years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Organization skills.
