JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Dr. Dana Mitra is searching for research assistants to support a funded project examining how to measure student voice in school settings. Must have demonstrated coursework/training in education policy, data analysis, and sociology. Applicants must have Penn State Citi training. Responsibilities will include administrative responsibilities related to managing the grant including within team planning, reports to the funder, coding of interview and focus group data, and analysis of document research.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
