Qualifications:
- $18.00/ hr.

- Coordinate travel, lodging, and meals for members needing to travel inter-island or out of state
- Obtain, review, and approve required medical documentation authorizing long distance travel
- Ensure all travel accommodations are booked with the most cost-effective mode of transportation
- Provide detailed travel itineraries to members, case managers, or health plan in a timely manner
- Educate medical facilities, clients, and case workers on proper procedures for requesting out of state travel
- Update trip records post trip to include transportation provider information, trip cost, and trip status
- Reconcile monthly concur reports
- Create various utilization and reconciliation reports monthly
- Assist with call queues when necessary to ensure service levels are met
- Adhere to and ensure all company policies are followed

- Possess valid authorization to work in the United States required
- High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- One-year related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, e-mail, and/or database software preferred. Basic computer skills are required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Must be hospitable, guest/customer service oriented, and be willing to serve the needs of passengers.
- Must undergo a pre-employment drug test
- Must sign a background check release
- Must complete and sign the employment application in its entirety.
- An unjustified refusal to supply requested information or a falsification of information will result in the elimination of the applicant for consideration for employment.
- Must provide a complete and verifiable employment history and must include the past 10 years of employment, when applicable
