Training Coordinator
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Training Coordinator to work in our Learning Administration department for a 2 year project hire position. You will work a 4×10 schedule located out of our MFC facility with every Friday off.
The Training Coordinator is an integral component of the Learning Administration team! This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to the Learning Administration team, and help with administering training records, class scheduling, and working to ensure all seats are and stay filled.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:-
Help administer training records following applicable regulatory drivers and company procedures. This includes data entry, scanning, indexing, and filing, into company databases. Disposition records into our electronic document management system.
Assist with class scheduling, including monitoring fill rates for our scheduled classes, using the waitlists and training deficiencies to ensure all seats are and stay filled.
Assistance with data entry, testing, quality checking during the implementation of our new learning management system

AS0300 – High School Diploma or Equivalent plus 4 years relevant experience.
Related degree in business will be considered.
Experience with records maintenance.
