Talent Acquisition Specialist Remote

Performs a variety of services for Essentia Health recruitment/employment efforts. Responsibilities include: partnering with operational departments to identify, develop and implement recruitment strategy and talent acquisition programs to develop an ongoing pool of qualified candidates posting and applicant screening activities supporting hiring departments throughout the process ensuring documentation and post-hiring activities are complete serving as a resource on employment/human resources issues to departments providing expertise on a variety of department initiatives and establishing working relationships with internal and external groups. Requires good communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain productive working relationships both inside and outside the organization.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required with a preference in human resources, business management, or related field.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
