About YOU:
As a successful candidate, you will marshal aircraft in and out of the gate, loading, unloading and sorting freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals. You will also be responsible for servicing aircraft lavatories, cleaning aircraft, restocking items, deicing and other duties as delegated when needed. The Operation Services Concierge (OSC/Ramp) team owns the entire backdrop of the customer experience at the airport, and because of this the you must have a never ending hunger to build a consistent, safe and joyful experience for each and every customer. The Operation Services Concierge Supervisor will lead by example, working alongside Operation Services Concierge (OSC) Crewmembers and providing exceptional support to the backdrop of the Customers station experience. Supervisors ensure their team receives the tools, coaching, and resources required to take care of every detail in building a seamless, consistent experience for our Customers and Crewmembers. You will work closely with the Airport Services Team, Operations Coordinators, Mechanics, Flight Crews, and downline stations and FBOs.

Pay & Perks
Compensation range is between $50,000-$55,000/year. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.

Fine Print (Essential Requirements)
- 2+ Years in Airport Ramp Operations Experience
- Physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of standing
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays and weekends
- Participate in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines
Important Safety Requirements:
- All Operation Services Concierges (OSC) and OSC Supervisors are trained as Ground Security Coordinators (GSC)
- Monitoring of operational environment to detect changes that affect Safety and notifying leadership as needed
- Review and ensure compliance with all updated to policies to include, Safety Alerts, Learning Notices, changes to procedures, changes to regulatory standards and local regulatory guidance
- Ensuring personal readiness to conduct safety-sensitive duties at all time and the proactive identification of fatigue, stress or other factors that may prevent a safe execution of duties and removing themselves from duty
- Responsible to ensure personal compliance with all DOT requirements regarding Drug & Alcohol
