As a Summer 2024 – Coffee Supply Chain Transformation Co-op in Burlington, MA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. These roles are responsible for planning, organizing, allocating resources, budgeting, tracking, and executing the overall project plan. Shift/Schedule:
  • The KDP 2024 Summer Co-op Program will run from July 10th – December 6th, 2024
  • Full-time 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm
  • Hybrid

Compensation:
  • $30.00 per hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

As a Coffee Supply Chain Transformation o-op you will:
  • Break down ambiguous situations and problems and take action to solve them with practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Support strategic projects by preparing presentations, meetings, reports and documentation
  • Assist leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects Synthesizing takeaways into executive summaries and/or recommendations

Elements of the KDP Co-op Program include:
  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
  • Participate in meet &amp greets and lunch &amp learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president

Requirements:
  • Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical) or Business (Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics)
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
  • Possessing project management and organization skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects
  • Being comfortable with competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment by building relationships with team members and, Seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
  • Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information.
  • Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.
  • Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suits (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience building and manipulating reports in Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
