We are looking for a Spa Attendant who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Spa Director. Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, relaxation lounges, work out areas, tennis, croquet and games room. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills
Education:
High School education or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Six months in hospitality industry work and or fitness, health club related work
Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional guest service. Urgency in reacting to guest requests and feedback. Ability to multi-task all required tasks.

Hours Required
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
