Overview : Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, as the Social Media Manager at SNIPES USA, you will spearhead our social media strategies and maintain our brand’s strong online presence. This role involves analyzing trends, crafting engaging content, managing community interactions, and managing a direct report. You will also be responsible for developing and executing our annual social media strategy, with a strong focus on influencer engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Strategy Development: Create and manage the yearly social media strategy, setting clear objectives and KPIs to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
  • Strategic Content Management: Develop and oversee all published content, ensuring it aligns with our brands creative direction and voice.
  • Influencer Management: Lead influencer collaborations both in-house and with external agency support. Develop relationships and strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Influencer Content Approval: Supervise and approve all influencer content to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct report, guiding their growth and productivity.
  • Marketing Strategy Assistance: Collaborate in planning marketing strategies to boost web traffic and engagement.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators including audience growth, engagement rates, and reach, utilizing advanced tools like Sprout Social and Excel.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budget for paid social campaigns, influencer partnerships, and social first projects, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum return.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with our community by monitoring, responding, and providing exceptional service through social channels.
  • Promotional Activities: Encourage store associates to serve as Social Liaisons, enhancing brand education and content spontaneity.
  • Event Participation: Extensive travel (40%) to attend events, conduct store visits, and participate in photo shoots to capture and promote live content.

Skills &amp Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in social media or email marketing, with proven success in strategic planning, team management, and budget handling.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Tracckr, Sprout Social, Excel, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Creative Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for identifying trends and producing brand-aligned content.
  • Communication: Skilled in both internal and external communications, capable of authentic interaction and conflict resolution.
  • Team Dynamics: Proven team player with a track record of flexible, adaptable, and collaborative work approach.
  • Brand Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for the SNIPES brand and its community.
  • Adaptability: Ability to swiftly adjust to market changes and corporate directions.
