Scrum Master Industrial Automation Services


In Schneider Electric we are looking for an experienced servant leader to join our growing team, who can lead by example inside our Industrial Automation Services organization.

As a Scrum Master – Services Offers, your responsibilities include ensuring the product development teams efficiency by following agile practices, mentoring, and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. Through strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll continuously identify opportunities for operational efficiency and risk mitigation while executing our Services vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enable enduring Agile teams to execute goals by providing tools, training, and support to help escalate and remove impediments
  • Lead, train, and coach a scrum team on using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
  • In close collaboration with the Product Owner, take the lead of scrum teams as the Scrum Master
  • Own Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and metrics
  • Establish and lead the scrum and Kanban teams in self-organization, establishing norms, agreements, and cadence
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
  • Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Help the scrum teams achieve delivery acceleration focused on business outcomes by reaching higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Leverage expertise to inspire a shared sense of purpose within the team by focusing on the goals and method of execution
  • Encourage innovative ideas to help address new challenges and drive business results
  • Work with multicultural teams based out of the United States, India, Europe, and Latin America

Required Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar relevant field or experience
  • X years of proven work experience in software development/testing / software project management
  • Scrum master, Advanced Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer certification
  • Experience and knowledge in JIRA, Confluence and AHA
  • Experience with cloud &amp edge computing, as well as artificial intelligence and hardware components is a plus
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to influence others
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
