Job Description


The Residency Coordinator is a key member of the Education Team for the Department of Neurology The coordinator will work closely with the Residency Program Director and will provide complete administrative support for the department of Neurology Residency Program, which is a 4-year program with 6 residents per year. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Actively Assist in recruiting efforts for the residency program
  • Onboarding/Offboarding Residents
  • Assisting with didactic sessions
  • Resident and Program Evaluations for reporting and accreditation requirements
  • Program Maintenance
  • Provide support for the clerkship and fellowship programs.

The successful candidate will: be able to effectively communicate to all stakeholders both inside and outside MU Health Care, multitask at a high level, anticipate needs, work independently and collaboratively, prioritize, and project manage.

Shift


M-F 8am- 5pm

Minimum Qualifications


A Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range


Salary Range: $18.50 – $25.21 hourly
GGS Grade: GGS-008
