Summary of Position Directs implementation of multifaceted projects on behalf of the leadership team. Serves as a member of the leadership team. Manages tasks based on priorities such as project administration, data collection and analysis, and reporting. Plays a key role in engaging with and facilitating external stakeholders, as well as developing and sharing project outcomes by writing reports and producing web-based materials. Works closely with project leaders to manage the full project lifecycle, demonstrating a high level of independence and responsibility to ensure timely completion of all project activities.

Other minimum qualifications Experience with implementation of federally funded grant projects for university research. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and web-based applications. Ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to address open-ended problems. Superior verbal communication and writing skills. Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Able to function with a high degree of autonomy.
Additional Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in higher education.
