Position Summary: As the first point of contact, serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks including answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

Position Summary: As the first point of contact, serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, schedule, and forward incoming phone calls. Check Voicemails.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Collect Copays and complete reconciliation sheets
- Complete Chart prep
- Update patients information in computer system
- Call and schedule incoming referrals
- Scan in paperwork and file appropriately
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior receptionist or customer-facing experience
