Process customer orders in multiple systems for provisioning and tracking Expedite and escalate orders or issues when necessary to insure timely delivery of services Tracking of orders through the process flow to ensure accurate and on time delivery of all customer related orders Interact with internal and external customers when required to facilitate faster delivery of customer service
Candidate must be able to multitask, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be professional and have a positive attitude. Must be detail oriented and well organized with the ability to work under pressure. Need to possess strong problem solving skills and flexibility. Need to have an even temperament, with excellent work ethic and commitment.
