Job Summary:

The Property Processor provides processing support to internal/external customers and business partners. The job may utilize a variety of systems or channels to complete a range of tasks utilizing standard organizational processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes data in accordance with internal and external business requirements and documented guidelines
  • Uses established tools and procedures to identify, organize and categorize information
  • Receives and responds to communications exchanging and verifying relevant information to provide routine support from internal and external teams, agents, consumers and/or business partners
  • Performs routine changes that require a basic knowledge of company policy and insurance guidelines
  • Responds promptly and consistently to changing needs and circumstances
  • Validates, edits and corrects data
  • Tracks and reports system and/or policy issues

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Functional Skills:

  • Ability to work under general supervision within established procedures
  • Ability to learn new processes, systems or guidelines
  • Ability to communicate well with a variety of audiences

Compensation offered for this role is $17.50 -$ 20.00 hourly and is based on experience and qualifications.
