Project Coordinator

Perform data management functions and provide technical and administrative assistance in support of the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program (VCHIP) to include recruitment and interviewing of research participants regarding sensitive health information, maintenance of data tracking database, coordination of outreach and educational activities around project specific conferences and training, participation in quality improvement activities, and other related duties. Work under general guidance, initiate responses to problem resolution, and adhere to confidentiality and guidelines for ethical human subject research.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree in related field and two to three years of related experience in academic, health care, or human/social services field required. Proficiency with software applications used to support office functions, including spreadsheets and distance communication technologies required. Proficiency with Internet resources required. Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize work required. Ability to develop complex scheduling plans required. Ability to travel statewide required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in a health care setting and/or administering surveys highly desirable. Experience with Zoom, AdobeConnect and Microsoft Teams desirable.
