Professional Services Jr Project Coordinator Intern – Summer 2024

This position provides learning opportunities to gain real industry experience in action, such as,

• Project Coordination : Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution and delivery of project milestones.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
• Planning and Scheduling : Contribute to project planning and scheduling activities, helping to optimize timelines and resource allocation.
• Problem Solving : Dive into challenges headfirst, utilizing critical thinking and creativity to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare insightful reports for Customers.

Required Skills &amp Experience

Successful Project Coordinator candidates must possess:

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Initiative-taking by nature, able to see the big picture and can establish the steps to get there.
• Effective planning &amp communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work multi-task
• Self-directed and able to make independent decisions as needed.
• Positive and open to an ever-changing environment.
• Computer savvy with Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Major in Business or IT
• Be willing to work in Juniper’s Herndon corporate office 5 days per week.

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

• Understanding of Project Management and Customer Service Principles
• Understanding of Software and/or Networking principles.

Minimum Salary: $47,520.00

Maximum Salary:$72,864.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $47,520.00 and $72,864.00/year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
