Job Summary:

The Moser Energy Systems Planner is responsible for facilitating seamless communication between clients and our technical team. The primary role involves providing accurate information to clients, maintaining detailed service records, and contributing to process improvements.

Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience with Business Central or a similar workforce compliance software is preferred.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their service needs and requirements.
  • Utilize ERP system (Business Central) to manage service requests, work orders, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with field Chiefs and Service managers to schedule and prioritize service tasks efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to clients regarding service timelines, costs, and updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of service activities, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, facilitating clear communication.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of service-related processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with procurement for timely acquisition of necessary parts and materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and track compliance related data, flagging potential issues or discrepancies for further investigation.
  • Create and manage documentation ensuring it is readily accessible and up to date.
  • Generate reports and summaries of compliance data as requested, providing insights for decision making, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure its accuracy.
  • Communicate any areas for system improvements.
  • Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.
  • Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.
  • Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
  • Abide by all policies and procedures established by Moser Energy Systems.
  • Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Business Central or other similar workforce compliance software.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage and maintain databases and documentation.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, or issues.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and convey important compliance related information.
  • Efficient time management to meet data entry deadlines and respond to compliance related tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and optimize service delivery.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of industry advancements.
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Solid knowledge in MS Office Suite with the ability to learn new programs.
  • Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to work legally in the US.
  • Pass a drug screening.
  • Clean motor vehicle record.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit and/ or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be able to interact with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
