We are looking for a detailed oriented individual to join the Medicare Pending team. Plan Sponsor Service Consultants (PSSC) reconcile Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) transaction errors via research, resolving internal discrepancies and processing administrative updates to member accounts. A PSSCs must be able to meet the demands of a high paced environment with tight turnaround times, participate on team, regional, and company-wide projects as assigned, and maintain quality metrics and production requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships.
- Ability to pay attention to detail, analyze, and problem solve
- Must have the ability to make decisions and be a critical thinker
- Must be able to manage your time, work independently and be a team player
- Ability to learn multiple functions such as Pre-enrollment and Post-enrollment processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Aetna Medicare systems and resources: MP/Nextgen, CWAS, Smart Front End, HRP, GPS, Doc Find
- Knowledge of Aetna Medicare Enrollment processes
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 – $28.45
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
