Job Description:
- Operate, Monitor and Control from CCR to achieve targeted output and cost:
- Continuous Monitoring of operating parameters of kiln and Coal Mill, like draft, temperature, etc.
- Setting process parameters as per the required output
- Communication & coordination with site attendant for monitoring the condition of the operational area
- Field supervision from Limestone, Coal, Clinker Feeding upto Clinker Silo Area and targeted AFR Feeding Safely removal of Preheater and Cooler Coating.
- Execution for optimum fuel efficiency to low down the production costs:
- Reduction in thermal energy on a daily basis by maintaining the bulk density of clinker by optimizing coal feed rate
- Reduction in Raw Mill fan power by maintaining the preheater fan exit draft
- Observing refractory works during maintenance jobs to ensure proper insulation of kiln, preheater and cooler:
- Supervision of Kiln refractory work and Pre-heater & cooler refectory work to ensure good quality and timely completion
- Implement Safety, Housekeeping & system adherence to ensure area safe and clean:
- Ensure workmen use the complete safety appliances.
Take clearance from site operator/concern department before start-up any drive.
