Description


  • Create, generate, and maintain required performance scorecards from performance data

  • Pull data to coach, problem solve, and action plan

  • Implement regulatory protocols

  • Execute department operating model proactively optimize

  • Work with DM to develop and drive SET agenda

  • Perform department reviews and actively participate in site report outs

  • Facilitate and lead hot teams

  • Execute the PMP process

  • Review and sign-off time using Kronos

  • Conduct interviews, hiring and support overall staffing strategies

  • Create action plans to improve business performance and close gaps

  • Drive overall packaging performance: efficiencies, labor, Film, capabilityDrive packaging change-over performance

  • Drive packaging waste performance

  • Be a leader in accountability and recognition

  • Coach and develop team supervisors & packaging leads

  • Drive packaging labor efficiency

  • Lead and develop onboarding/development programs for the team

  • Drive healthy food safety and safety culture

  • Support BPP and AOP planning/execution

  • Lead performance management process for team supervisors
  • Other duties as business needs require

Expected salary range is $72200 – $78800

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
