OU ONLINE STUDENT SERVICE EXPERT

Student Service Experts provide integrated student services to University students, families, and staff in the areas of billing, financial aid, and scholarships. This position will primarily work with the Online Financial Aid team to serve the online student population. The Student Service Expert will support and meet the service requirements that align with the culture and goals of the culture and goals of OU Online.

Departmental Preferences:
- Bachelor Degree
- 612 months experience in a student servicerelated field
- Experience working in a Student Financial Center
- Knowledge of higher education
- Familiar with federal financial aid policies and procedures
