Job Description :

Student Service Experts provide integrated student services to University students, families, and staff in the areas of billing, financial aid, and scholarships. This position will primarily work with the Online Financial Aid team to serve the online student population. The Student Service Expert will support and meet the service requirements that align with the culture and goals of the culture and goals of OU Online.

We need someone who exhibits:

Job Requirements


Required Education:
High School diploma or GED

Experience: None

Skills:

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions
  • General office an customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)&lt/li&gt&ltli&gtExcellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and selfmotivated
  • Ability to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Must be detail oriented for accuracy of data and information

Departmental Preferences:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 612 months experience in a student servicerelated field
  • Experience working in a Student Financial Center
  • Knowledge of higher education
  • Familiar with federal financial aid policies and procedures
