Advanced level clerical support jobs that do not require typing. Complex clerical tasks of a complicated nature involving interpretation and application of policies and practices. Interprets office procedures, rules and regulations. May function as a lead worker for clerical positions. Most positions require no typing or a minimal amount of typing, such as labels, or simple forms.

This job (OA 3, non-typing) is a tested position (T) and requires an examination. All examinations are administered online. Minimum Qualifications

Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.

Experience: Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part time paid experience performing routine office work.
Substitution: College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.
