Job Title: MES Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled MES Lead to oversee the implementation and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within our organization. The MES Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of MES technologies to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of MES solutions in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Configure and customize MES software to meet specific business needs
- Provide training and support to end-users on MES applications
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance
- Monitor system performance and provide ongoing maintenance and upgrades as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in MES technologies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES implementation and support
- Proficiency in MES software such as Siemens Opcenter (formerly Camstar) or Apriso FlexNet
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Project management experience is a plus
