Member Representative

Collins Community Credit Union, a growing organization, is currently hiring for a Member Representative for our Wiley branch in Cedar Rapids. This person will be a competitive, independent, doer who can problem solve and get things done through people. In this role, you will promote and provide credit union products and services to new and existing members with referrals to appropriate departments when necessary. This position is responsible for transactions on the teller line, new account setup and account maintenance.

Qualified candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented and reliable, be able to multi-task, and have a positive attitude!

Must be available to work during business hours:

• Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00 pm

• Friday 8:30am – 5:30 pm

• Saturday 9:00am – 12:00 pm (Rotating Saturdays)

Member Representative Expectations:

1. Conduct account transactions and general account maintenance.
2. Actively promote and refer Credit Union products and services that will benefit and contribute to the members financial success.
3. Effectively navigate and utilize various software and platforms.
4. Support the community by attending Credit Union sponsored events and activities.
