Posting Summary
Provide support to the Larner College of Medicine Office of Medical Education (OME) Student Services Team. Work with Student Services Directors to coordinate well-being, academic achievement and learning environment programming. Respond to a wide variety of questions posed by medical students and members of the faculty, staff and community. Perform high level administrative support functions, organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities, and provide technical office support and administrative services.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree with one to three years of related experience, working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions, and familiarity with Internet resources required. Effective communication, written, and interpersonal skills required.
Desirable Qualifications
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience desirable.
Scheduling, calendar management, and/or event planning experience desirable.
Other Information
A four-month probationary period is required.
Special Conditions
Bargaining unit position, A probationary period may be required, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy
