SALARY: $55,000 – $65,700

WORK LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK

  • Beer Ordering & Inventory Management for Assigned Special Events & Venues
  • Includes collecting payment within 48 hours of event closing.
  • Assist in Recruiting & Managing Manpower for Events & Venues
  • Maintain Positive Relationships with Partners at Venues & Events
  • Special Event Equipment Maintenance
  • Delivery of Equipment & Beer (as needed) for Events and Venues (Includes set up and tear down)
  • Beer Donation Delivery
  • Event Marketing Execution
  • Swag, signage, sampling, experiential, etc.
  • Event Activation (non-sponsorship)
  • Work with the Sales team on any/all marketing needs related to retail activations that require Event team involvement.
  • This includes retailer golf tournaments (i.e. hole activations) and on-premise events.
  • WOD Ticket Communication/Management
  • Any ticket inventory not uploaded to Invite Manager (e.g. Oktoberfest, Norman Music Fest) will be managed by the MC. That includes timely communication of ticket availability to the entire WOD.
  • Responsible for any other tasks deemed necessary by the TMM and Event Manager


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Skills in negotiations, event coordination, basic software, customer follow up, and time planning are essential.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and evenings.
  • Previous sales experience is required.
  • Market plan development and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CDL Preferred
  • Advanced degree
  • Willingness to relocate within the US for future opportunities
  • Beer/alcohol industry knowledge
