Candidates for this job have a strong eye for detail, can provide quick and strategic solutions, adapt to sudden changes, manage difficult and complex challenges, and work collaboratively with others. We are looking for self-motivated team players interested in creating an excellent customer experience delivering Tesla product from the factory to the future owner. Candidates must have a positive attitude and extreme determination for us to build an advanced vehicle distribution network capable of scaling to support the fastest growing automotive company in history.
Responsibilities
- Ensure premier service throughout the shipment process
- party logistics partners and internal logistics drivers

- Ensuring loads are prepared and ready for loading
- Preparing all necessary documents for drivers to ensure customer promise.
- Monitoring of the yard to ensure scheduled delivery times.
- Coach utilization of Tesla Logistics Mobile Application to drivers and team.
- Creating loads when necessary for drivers and dealing with driver escalations.
- Immediate problem solver for load related questions.
