Learning & Development Trainer

We have transformed our Contact Center by building a culture of sales, operational, and service excellence. A client-centric redesign of our sales and support roles with new technology, amazing training, and new leadership! The newly reimagined training is a critical component of our Customer Experience and Employee Engagement vision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time remote position.
  • As a Sales and Support Trainer at Thriveworks, your day-to-day is providing quality facilitation of defined content in a virtual environment. Our learning and development organization is key to our future vision to drive improved performance, customer experience, and employee engagement. You will facilitate all staff training including, but not limited to:
  • New Hire initial training for both Sales and Service
  • All Continuous Improvement Training
  • New initiatives, processes, and protocols
  • Act as a subject matter expert with an extensive understanding of all of Thriveworks services
  • Act as brand ambassador during training to foster a connection to mission and core values
  • Develop, maintain, present accurate reporting that measures the success of the training class
  • Partner with Call Center Leadership, Quality Assurance, and Acclimation to ensure appropriate coaching and development plans are tracked and applied.
  • Proactively supply performance tracking and opportunities to leadership
  • Ensure compliance to quality standards outlined in quality SOPs

Required Qualifications:

  • The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced virtual training environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge and experience using business software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and email
  • Be willing to always find a way to “Make It Happen”
  • Work independently and with a team to produce excellent results
