Position Overview

This role will gain experience working as an HR Partner within the Cargo Systems segment. The candidate will gain experience in talent management, managing projects, and working with employee relations and front line supervisors. This position has the option to spend time on site Jamestown, ND facility, or be fully remote. This is a full-time 7 month commitment, May-December.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage HR projects

  • Assist business partner with Q&ampA

  • Lead focus group sessions

  • Work front line supervisors on key HR initiatives

  • Create presentations and provide training as needed

  • Prepare talent materials

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
