As an HR Generalist, you will support and work cross-functionally with all departments across the organization. The Human Resource Generalist will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruiting, interviewing and hiring new team members, administering benefits, payroll, employee development, managing company policies and practices, and strategic planning.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the executive leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, including managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Oversees employee behavior modification plans, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Manage company Payroll
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s talent management systems.

What We Hope You Have:

  • Associates degree (minimum) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of two years of human resource management experience preferred.

Pay: $44,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
