LOOKING FOR: Residential Cleaner

PAY: $23-27+ /hr

LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ &amp Surrounding Areas

SHIFT: Flexible shift schedule – jobs are available every day of the week

HOURS: Full-time, Part-time, and flexible contract work is available

Duties:

• Perform a post-guest inspection – reporting any damage or lost items
• Provide a turnover cleaning – preparing the home for incoming guests
• Remake beds and wash laundry (many properties are set up with off-site laundry processing)
• Restock supplies and guest amenities
• Finish with a final staging check – making sure each home is in guest-ready condition

Requirements:

• Prior house cleaning experience preferred (1+ year/s)
• Bonus points for vacation rental cleaning experience
• Have your own supplies and equipment
• Can pass a background check
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Detail oriented
• Reliable and dependable
• Motivated and hardworking
• Positive attitude
