The Company:
The newly formed Foley Entertainment Group owns the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights, the Henderson Silver Knights, the Vegas Indoor Football League franchise, the Dollar Loan Center and several other entertainment and hospitality-focused entities.
Provides customer service to guests of City National Arena by performing the duties listed below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greets, registers guests in programs, check-in people for skating, assist with requests in an efficient, warm, and friendly manner
  • Sort, log, and sign for incoming mail and messages
  • Records and communicates guests’ special requests and problems to the appropriate department and ensures they are addressed in a timely and acceptable manner
  • Answers the City National Arena general line and routes internal and external phone calls in an articulate, friendly manner using prescribed procedures
  • Check the City National Arena voicemail and email
  • Knows general information and pricing of all City National Arena programs. Also needs to know program beginning and end dates, as well as when sign-ups begin and end for those programs
  • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Will have the opportunity to work in other areas on City National Arena including Birthday Party Host/Hostess
Summary of Qualifications
  • Open availability, especially weekends
  • Able to work early mornings and late nights
  • City National Arenas regular operating hours are from 5:00 am-11:00 pm
  • Reliability is a must
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to skate is a bonus

  • Candidates must be prepared to work nights, weekends and holidays.
