Apply Here Job Description :This position is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining guest rooms and service areas as designated. Must ensure the overall cleanliness of guest rooms are up to standards
JOB FOCUS:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
$600 Sign On Bonus
- Make beds, dust and vacuum all assigned rooms, clean baseboards, remove scuff marks, clean mirrors, toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and floors daily
- Remove all trash from guest rooms, empty wastebaskets, strip, remove and properly dispose of all soiled linen from guest rooms
- Complete daily assigned room quota
- Report any room damages and/or maintenance repairs
- Complete detail projects assigned by management
- Operate and maneuver housekeeping carts
- Drape or fold guests clothing, pair guests shoes and neatly arrange guests toiletries
- Replenish guest amenities as required
- Reporting lost and found items
- Must conduct self in a professional manner at all times
- Provide excellent customer service skills to guest as well as co-workers
- Offer the hotel guest the best possible service in a courteous and hospitable manner, having knowledge of hotel information
- Must adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Must have 6 months of customer service or hospitality experience
- One (1)+ years’ experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Must be 18 year or older
