Food Systems Research & Action Coordinator

Coordinate, oversee, and implement research translation and stakeholder engagement for on-going and prospective food systems research projects. Provide project management support for multi-year, transdisciplinary and collaborative research projects. Develop methods and systems to advance collaborative research opportunities in the Nutrition and Food Sciences department. Support development of new research grants, strategic research partnerships/collaborations and processes for grant submissions.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree and one to three years of related experience required.
Desirable Qualifications
Familiarity with research processes and grant management food systems knowledge experience facilitating organizational structures and processes experience organizing and implementing meetings and workshops outreach and media experience commitment to the principles of applied research and community engagement.
