Summary of Position
The Field Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of daily field operations, working closely with customers, ensuring operations run in a safe and efficient manner, and effectively communicating Company policies and goals to a variety of field level personnel.
Essential Job Requirements
- Manage and maintain timecards of direct reports in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Manage day to day business operations with a focus on growth.
- Maintain a qualified staff and manage employee productivity and scheduling.
- Ensure all work sites and employees maintain full compliance to Company and customer standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure ongoing employee training to develop employees for advancement.
- Communicate regularly with employees and management to ensure full compliance with customer and Company safety standards.
- Partner with Human Resources in handling corrective action, personnel action, and other required documentation as well as other daily administrative tasks related to employee maintenance and management.
- Conduct daily visits to assigned region(s), location(s), and/or facility(ies) to complete site walkarounds to ensure general housekeeping duties are properly performed and completed by assigned personnel.
- Maintain site cleanliness in accordance with Company standards, this includes sweeping shop, sweeping and mopping office and trucker’s lounge cleaning restrooms (including toilets).
- Ensure and manage the proper use of site sign-in sheets.
Required Education
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience in the oil and gas industry
- Prior Pumping or Roustabout crew supervisory experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Must possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal), teamwork, analysis, and judgment. • Must be able to read, write, and speak proficiently.
- Must exhibit proficient computer knowledge and literacy using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and through team collaboration.
- Must exhibit strong leadership qualities and act as a mentor to direct reports.
- Must hold a valid drivers license, be able to operate a Company vehicle, and be deemed insurable by the Companys insurance provider as a condition of ongoing employment.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must exhibit exemplary punctuality in accordance with the Companys policies.
- Experience with Bumper pull trailer (required).
- Performs all related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work at heights of up to 25 ft.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and otherwise navigate uneven, rural terrain with frequency.
- Must be able to operate basic tools and other applicable oilfield related equipment.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds in awkward positions occasionally.
- Must be able to climb and/or maneuver over, under, and around pipelines and construction equipment.
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle in compliance with the Companys Vehicle Policy.

Working Conditions
- Works 70% outdoors and 30% indoors.
- May be exposed to loud noises, occupational hazards, and/or other outdoor elements.
- Must be able to withstand extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to, extreme hot, extreme cold, wind, rain, hail, dust, snow, sleet, ice, as well as wet/humid and/or dry/arid conditions and may have exposure to chemicals.
- May be subject to working in low-lit areas.
- May be required to wear protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.
- May encounter wildlife.
