The AMERICAN PRECISION MUSEUM in Windsor, Vermont, is looking for a talented EDUCATION SPECIALIST to join our team. Located in the 1846 Robbins & Lawrence Armory, a national historic landmark, innovation is at the heart of the museum. Our exhibits tell the story of innovation in manufacturing technology past, present, and future. Interactive STEM educational programming is designed to inspire the next generation of innovators.

EDUCATION SPECIALISTDESIGN, IMPLEMENT and EVALUATE educational programs serving visitors of all ages in this unique industrial history museum. This includes but is not limited to pop-up exhibits; school field trips; family maker days; after school and summer tech camps, and digital learning resources. LOTS OF OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR CREATIVE IDEAS. Lead and manage our current STEM Kit outreach program to underserved schools, designed to INSPIRE THE NEXT GENERATION OF INNOVATORS.Bachelors Degree in related field preferred: STEM or Science Education; Engineering Education; Manufacturing Education; Technology and/or Career Education; Museum Education.

Curriculum design preferred but not required. Excellent and expressive interpersonal and communication skills. Full time. Work is primarily on site with partial remote possible.
